Perform better, with less effort
Whether you’re a singer, dancer, actor, presenter or simply want to move through daily life with more ease, the Alexander Technique helps you reduce unnecessary tension, improve coordination and show up at your best.
I’ve spent 20+ years immersed in somatic practices and trained as an Alexander Technique teacher in 2012.
My approach blends clear, practical coaching with a warm, supportive style, helping you to stop getting in your own way and start creating the results you want.

How it works?
How we think impacts how we move. Our so called physical-plane movement behaviours are direct expressions of our thinking. Change the way you think, and you change the way you move.
Our deeply held convictions and beliefs, our often unrecognised ways of interacting with the world around us, are danced in our physical body.
These deeply held mental and emotional restrictions show up on the so-called physical plane as unhelpful, unreasoned and unnecessary muscular contractions. In turn the way that we think is often being driven from some kind of self image.
Lessons are designed to challenge these ideas and beliefs, giving you greater freedom and choice to decide how you want to move.
What do I need to join?
Just your curiosity.
How can I learn?
Group Lessons
Friendly, supportive classes where you learn by doing, and by observing. Students are often surprised how much shifts simply by watching others work as the can apply the ideas that come up to themselves.
Private lessons
1-1 sessions tailored to you.
