About Me

I never expected to become a coach.

I started my career at L.E.K. Consulting as a management consultant, then went independent, before joining a fast-growing technology startup. On the surface everything looked great: high-impact roles, strategic influence, financial abundance.

But underneath, another journey was unfolding. Since my teens, I’ve been fascinated by human development. I devoured books, attended workshops, and immersed myself in communities dedicated to self-inquiry and growth. I wanted to understand how we related to ourselves, to others, and to the world.

Coaching became the place where these two worlds, large scale impact and deep personal exploration, could meet. It offered a path to a career that aligned with what I care about most: human development, meaningful impact, and real connection.

My Personal Journey

For more than two decades I have followed a path grounded in cultivating presence, wisdom, and love. My journey has included meditation, personal development work, and study with teachers influenced by Theravāda, Zen, Dzogchen, Tantra, and more.

In 2008, I discovered the Alexander Technique, a discipline focused on mind-body integration. I was struck by the powerful changes this work enabled in myself and others. In 2012 I began the four year training course with the Interactive Teaching Method (ITM) & qualified as a teacher.

These practices transformed how I lived, worked, and related. Wanting to share what I’d learned, I began creating communities of exploration around them, including multi-day retreats to support others in their own journeys of deepening and discovery.

My Corporate Journey

In parallel, my corporate background spanned a decade in strategy consulting, supporting senior leadership teams with large-scale strategy and transformation efforts. Clients included organisations like John Lewis, BT, and Coca-Cola.

I enjoyed the intellectual challenge of the work, but I was more drawn to the political and relational dynamics: the often-invisible forces that determined whether a strategy would succeed.

Bringing my personal development insights into the workplace helped me build stronger relationships, navigate uncertainty, and lead more effectively. It gave me an edge, not just in outcomes, but in how I showed up with others.

Looking for something more purposeful, I joined a high-growth technology startup. There I led multiple departments and helped develop company wide strategy.

And I began informally coaching senior colleagues, supporting them to lead more effectively through the chaos and complexity. It was some of the most meaningful work I’d ever done.

At the same time, I started working with a brilliant coach, and everything clicked. I realised how coaching brought together the core value I cared about: human growth, impact, purpose, and deep connection.

Bringing it all together

Inspired by that experience, I trained with the best coaching schools I could find and bring that training and all my previous learnings into how I work.

Over the last five years I’ve worked with founders, directors, doctors, performers and more. Many of my clients are successful on the outside but are quietly asking deeper questions.

They’re not just chasing success, they’re seeking a life that feels whole, aligned, and fulfilling.

I help them get clear on the life they long for, even the version they may not yet believe is possible, and support them to make it real.
